Thea’s Striped Blanket

Remember how I said I made the Chunky Little Stripe blanket two times?

The second was a larger version, 60″ x 60″.  I used 3 balls Miami Seafoam, 3 balls Fort Lauderdale Coral, and 6 balls Billings Chocolate (12 balls total).  Baby Thea uses it as a play mat for tummy time, and it will be big enough for her to keep using as she grows up!

Since I had twice as much Chocolate as any other color, I used a different stripe pattern:  [Chocolate: 16 rows.  Seafoam: 4 rows.  Coral: 8 rows.  Seafoam: 4 rows.  Chocolate: 16 rows.  Coral: 4 rows.  Seafoam: 8 rows. Coral: 4 rows.]

Besides the stripe pattern, the only difference is that I cast on 120 stitches instead of 80, and worked for about 250 rows instead of 188.
